1. Cancellations

Customer-Initiated Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing:

Company-Initiated Cancellations: In the rare event that Rainbow Holidays cancels your trip, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
2. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a valid cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:

Flight Tickets: Flights booked through third parties are subject to their respective cancellation policies.

Third-Party Services: Any accommodation or transport booked outside our platform.
4. Changes to Itinerary
If you wish to make changes to your itinerary after booking, contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate changes subject to availability, but additional fees may apply.
5. Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or delays due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions. In such cases, we will work to reschedule your trip or offer credit for future use.
